The way it was in the middle of the city! Me and my mom was only able to stay for a day and we were able to do so many things and explore without walking far! I loved the decoration in the hallway of the hotel like the rainbow seats and the nice wallpaper on floor 8!! The way the bathroom was a little bit packed but the room is clean. Only one capsule supplied in the coffeemaker though.The area is very convenient. You go out and everything is nearby shops, restaurant etc.

The location was very convenient, near to the restaurants . Shops around also the access to transport facilities was excellent. The lift is very old could improve.

Next to Gran Via and shopping area and walkable to the metro station The receptionist didn’t give us the wifi, no instructions for checking out, the lift is very slow during peak time, as it is located in Gran Via expect noises during night time, the walls are very thin so you hear almost everything what’s happening outside, just one mirror in the toilet, the fridge didn’t work properly not getting cold.

Location Breakfast Receptionist Value for money Its ok for night or two The room was not really clean, there were stains on the bed sheets ( I hope it was disinfected) After the second day, the cleaning lady didn't clean at all, only the bed was made. Scaffolding around the building, so you will see nothing from your window except the random construction workers.

Friendly staff, the bedroom was clean and great location, would definitely stay there again. Can be noisy at night due to being on the main street, but not a massive problem.

The hostel is well located in the center of Madrid, is clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and goodish value for money. The building is pretty high so you need to either take the elevator to the 6th+ floor, with a max. limit of 4 people or the stairs.
