I will complain a little bit about how clean it was and get extra towels and toilet paper but fair for the price

The room was small but good enough for a couple of nights. The AC works well; the beds and pillows are very comfortable. If you want to be in the middle of the action, this is the perfect place to stay at. You walk outside the door and there are many bars and restaurants right in front and a couple steps from Sol. Only 15-20 minutes walking distance from most of the main sites in Madrid. The bathroom is SMALL, the sink is small, your knees almost hit the wall when seating on the toilet, the door space to get in the shower is small. At least the actual shower is nice and good water pressure. A little bit of mold on the shower ceiling but it is probably due to lack of ventilation, not lack of cleanliness. Doesn't have a mini fridge or closet/ drawers. No luggage storage before or after your stay could be a deciding factor in the future, as we ended up having to rent a locker for 18 euros the morning before we checked in.

I booked a room for 3pax and they put us in a room with 2 single beds, which was terrible and super uncomfortable

The shower temperature was hard to regulate and the toilet didn’t have the water on, I couldn’t figure out how to get it flowing

Location - very noisy; it could had work better with a room in the opposit side, I might admit.

Location is practically in Puerta del Sol. Great view outside the window. It's a studio and is spacious. There are lots of outlets. Check-in was a breeze. Code entry, instead of keys, is very convenient. The AC has a hard time cooling the room because of its position. A small refrigerator would have been nice.

Great location although at night it's really loud and crowded until 4-5 am. Earplugs were definitely helpful. There was nothing in the room other than beds and TV. No storage, no chairs, no iron, no water or fridge. Also, the fact that the light in the hallway would always automatically turn on based on motion was extremely disturbing because it meant if one person needs to go to the bathroom at night the light will always turn on and wake the other person up. Removing the room entry key card from the light switch was not an option because that would shut off all outlets which we used to charge our phones overnight (the outlets were pretty slow too so it took the whole night to charge at least 70%).

I am the first time for staying in a self-check in hotel. The door is opened by password. I didn't pay attention on my mails so I missed the hotel sent me the password. When I arrived, I didn't know how to open the door, lucky I made a call by booking, the staff sent me password by booking soon. So I can open successfully and stay in as normal.

Great location close to Sol and the surrounding amenities. The tube station Sol is at a short walking distance so you are well connected with the rest of the city. The room was clean and well equipped. Check in online and digital key work well and are convenient if you check in late at night. The area is super loud at night (all night long) so if you are looking for a quiet place better go somewhere else. There's no opportunity to leave your luggage at the place after you check out, they will advice a luggage deposit just around the corner at your expenses.

Poor

Room was very clean and roomy. The wifi and mobile connections were not strong in the property site and since the electronic key depended on a mobile connection on the fist day (no wifi provided before getting into room) it made the getting in on day one difficult.

Perfect location, comfy beds and really nice service! Perfect for the price It would be perfect if there were a bit more space in the room

Location is good. Good communication. I book this hotel every year when I come to watch football. Good value for money
