Very central location , decent hotel gym also for serious lifters, varied breakfast buffet. The room was renewed but extremely dark, we had no view at all, we were facing a blind wall only 2 meters from the window. We always had to switch on the lights and it gave a claustrophobic feeling.

Great location next to Gran Via yet very quiet hotel. Lovely rooms with some thoughts that have gone into decorating them. Good showers and products. The pool is gorgeous Nothing

The location is very central- right on Grand Via and walking distance to main attractions. The facilities were also pretty modern. The pool is a bit small and underneath the rooftop. It’s fine if not crowded.

Location was ideal. Staff was friendly and helpful Tried to use pool and there were no clean towels. Waited for over 45 min and none arrived and eventually gave up
