Loved the location. Liked 2 bedroom 2 bath option. Loved the room with a view of the city street.

Location Reception in 2st floor No one to help to the pages from interface to the room , senior or mummy with children shall consider this

Location was good Staff not professional and need to learn how talk and be with guest He try to give me ad room when i booked big one He do that with many friends Also he didn’t respect any recommendation

The location is fantastic, right on Gran Vía, making it easy to explore Madrid on foot. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, and the housekeeping staff were absolutely adorable and always willing to help. Same with the maintenance staff. They were super nice. We also enjoyed the nice view from the room and appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen. When we reported an issue with the sofa bed, the hotel was unable to resolve it the first night, but they did bring a new mattress the following day, which improved the situation. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, especially during the first night before the replacement mattress was provided. While the regular beds were acceptable, the pillows are due for replacement and could be much more comfortable. The property itself is beginning to show its age. The furniture looks tired and worn, and the apartment would benefit from a renovation or refresh. Considering the price, we expected a more modern and updated accommodation. Overall, we had a comfortable stay thanks to the excellent location and the kindness of the staff. However, the condition of the furnishings and the comfort of the bedding do not quite match the premium price being charged.

The extra sofa bed was very bad and not comfortable at all. There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom the whole stay The living room where the sofa bed was had no shutters or black out curtains so the light was waking us up every day The wifi was very bad

Fantastic location near restaurants, sights, and shopping.

I don’t like that check in at 4 and check out at 11 morning .. We arrive early and not agree to go in before 4 at all .. not even 3 .. There is no water kettle in the flat and there is no iron .. when we ask about water kettle they said no you can boild water in the cooking stuff .. They need to clean more bed sheet and sofá..

the lack of empathy of the guys who run the check in reception. they are the best enemies of the property

Friendly staff and location

Good location They didn’t have the room available that we booked and was confirmed so instead had to break up our family into smaller one bedroom rooms instead of the larger family apartment that we booked

The location was outstanding, right on Gran Vía and close to many of Madrid’s main attractions. The apartment was clean The apartment did not match the photos shown on Booking.com, which was disappointing. We also felt that the price was high for what was offered.

Great location and the staff were very Kind. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and beautiful. They helped us with our luggage Nothing.

Nice decor, tidy aparthotel in central Madrid. Nice small gym. Well stocked kitchen with quality appliances. Modern bathroom on the smaller side. Overall good use of space. Advertised photos show much bigger rooms than the one we stayed in. Basically the one bedroom was of the same size of the cheaper option without kitchen. Half the furniture than the advertised photos and much less light. Expensive for what it was compared to similar options. Shower temp control did not work, scorching with little option to get a reasonable temperature. Leak form the sink tab. Cleaning every three days was insufficient for the price and they never cleaned anything in the kitchen or the sink.

Located on the Gran Via. Easy access to walking around the city. Very loud at night. Could hear loud music coming through the walls.

All! I don’t like anything about the property ! Bad experience! I will not come back again!

The view was amazing I have issues with the elevators, they used the same elevators guests used for service and cleaners
