Location The hotel is really old and smells Musty and very old finishes.

We love this hotel and have stayed quite a few times - the rooftop pool is the main drawcard but the hotel in general is fantastic - amazing location, rooms are large and amazingly clean and well equipped. Would never stay anywhere else in Madrid. Nothing - everything was great.

Great location All good but our room was a small central room overlooking a very bland courtyard. Recommend you upgrade if you’re staying more than 1 night.

Perfect hotel for central Madrid sightseeing. Stayed with family and the room was a good size and everything was clean and modern. The pool and rooftop terrace were fantastic. Thank you to all the staff, the kids really enjoyed it.

Location and swimming pool There was mould at the corner of the bathroom door. There was a smell of sewage that comes and goes but gets strong at night. The walls are paper thin.

The rooftop pool and bar area was a highlight for us. The location was also very convenient, and the staff were very accommodating with storing our luggage and letting us use the pool area after checking out. Midday check out was also very nice to have. The room was facing into an alleyway and was very dark and small. The mattress felt a bit worn. And the bar staff on the roof were not always very friendly (but were always very attentive).
