Pool was nice as was the air con. The position of my room was great as it opened out to the hanging garden and waterfall, really peaceful /cooling when you'd come back after a long day of sight seeing. Room was spacious with 3 single beds and good size bathroom. Unfortunately the breakfast did not meet my expectations for a 4 star hotel. Only one coffee machine for coffee other than expresso and choice of hot food was very limited. Unfortunately, my daughter took a piece of Gouda cheese on the second last morning of our stay and it was sour, both to smell and taste. I understand the weather was really hot but just a little more attention to detail expected. It was ok before that incident. Also the viewing balcony to the handing garden on 4th floor , while a lovely idea, guests should not have access beyond a reasonable hour in the evening, suggest 11pm. We were waken one night at 1am with people out on the balcony shouting and laughing, as a result I had to shut the window, which wasn't great in the very warm weather conditions.

The location is spot on. The relax vibe of the hotel. The AC. A bit noisy. We shared our wall with the cleaning room. We could hear them moving supplies from very early. The opening hours of the pool. The pool could open earlier. I wanted to have a swim the day of my check out and I couldn't. The pool opens at 11am

Location I got promised a view on the city or garden, got view on fire stairs. Not a decent room but was "renovated"

Location. Upstairs pool area and roof top bar. Beds were confortable and staff friendly. Meal and drink prices were over the top. Best to eat elsewhere.

Good location, transport and nice rooftop views. Disappointing room, tired and unkept. Asked to be moved, next room was improved but still tired furnishings. We booked in advance and found on the day charge would have been half the price.

The location is perfect, near Plaza Mayor and Callao, in front of the tube station. Nice swimming pool and the rooms are clean, the staff helpful and lovely The breakfast needs more alternatives for dairy free or gluten free customers. I appreciated that there was soya and lactose free milk but if I can give you some suggestions offer some dairy free yogurt as well. That would be perfect
