The hotel is very convenient to many restaurants, bars, and sites. The rooms are named for countries rather than numbered. We had Portugal, which is a corner room. The room was very comfortable with a mini fridge. The bathroom has shampoo and soap, and a hairdryer. There is an elevator in the building. They also stored our bags for us. Pay attention when arriving at the hotel, or you'll go by it. The pillows were a bit thin.

Excellent location, very helpful and accommodating staff. Shower way too small and it leaked water, so bathroom floor was always wet.

The location was central to many things and everything my family and I wanted to do was in walking distance! There’s also a metro that is available very close by. The room was pretty small but that’s expected based on the description. The beds were comfortable. There’s a restaurant under our rooms that had lots of loud noise until 2am every night that we were there. We were on the first floor so the noise echoed up to our room easily. Additionally, the bathroom always smelled (pretty bad tbh) of either sewage or mold or idk what. It was pretty strong and bothered us throughout our stay. It’s also a pretty small bathroom and there’s no space to put any toiletries or move around much.

It was well located, walking distance to Gran Via and Plaza Callao. The room didn't have no coffee maker nor microwave oven.

The girl at the front counter was extremely unfriendly. She declined any requests without hesitation. For instance, the check-in was at 3pm and we came to the counter at 2:55 after waiting around for two hours and she declined. Seriously?? There was no guest at the lounge and she declines a check-in five minutes before 3pm? Fortunately she was the only jerk we came across in Madrid but left an indelible mark as soon as we arrived in Spain

Location Rooms were extremely small, even if recently renovated.

Perfect location to visit Madrid city center by foot. The room was correct, clean. We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is good for a city trip when you're in the streets all day long Bathroom wasn't very practical, we had some issues with the keys that didn't work and needed to be reprogrammed
