The location was perfect, Everything is available in the kitchen, there is no time restrictions. And Even if your bed is ready to use you can do early checkIn, the checkout is at 11AM, But you can just leave your room and bed but you can still use Toilet/Washroom and Kitchen, The waiting Area is also good. It was a nice experience the bed price was low.

Everything was nice, as expected. :)

The place is decent. Good cost benefit. Very central location, nice decoration and comfortable beds. I booked cause of the cowork desks and that worked for me at the time I was there. There is no AC in the common areas so it's hard to work in the coworking during summer afternoons. Also there's quite a lot of people (there are about 6 rooms with 10 beds each) so it can get a bit crowded sometimes making it difficult to use the facilities, specially the kitchen.

Frequet guest, this place fits well when I need to be closer to the things around this neighborhood, close to Comunidad de Madrid's Gran Via There is a lot of street noise at all hours, less acces to the patio area, which is more sheltered from street activity.

Nothing I arrived at the property and I found a health officer and the property's lawyer, and overheard discussions indicating that three rooms out of six had already been treated for bed bugs, while the others still required treatment. Given these circumstances and the potential health risk, I did not feel safe checking in and decided to leave. I asked for a refund and was denied. I lost the cost of my reservation and had to find alternative accommodation. This was a very stressful experience and I cannot recommend staying here.

The outdoor patios were my favorite. The whole place was decorated so nicely and spacious. The bathrooms were usually disgusting.

Noisy área, it was too hot and the windows opened are not great for the noise. Ac was not enough in the room

I like the space, the check in is auto, and the housekeeping does a good job. The same APPCC creeps you get in a lot of hostels in Comunidad de Madrid. Things pretending, they don't know what you mean, until they end up with laryngitis, through something more miraculous than them.

It is located in the city and metro, there were a lot of restaurants and shops.

    Beautiful and very clean

the rooms were clean and comfortable, great location very central the light in one of the showers kept turning off

Good kitchen and excellent location. Not having a front desk makes everything too complicated. Also the wifi had a lot of problems during our one day stay. And they turn off the wifi at midnight which is something kind of ridiculous to be doing in this day and age. Marketing the place as a coworking facility is an overstatement. They seemed to have the bedbug problem under control during our stay, but having so many bad reviews on google maps is a huge red flag.

Lots to eat around the hostel, eat and drink. The self check-in works great now, the staff keep things orderly, and is present later in the day now so less intrusive.

    Good common environment

Everything as I didnt get to access something that has been confirmed. And after that they still charged me for not giving the access despite being succesful to check-in. I call the number, i call the WA, I send message, I email and have no reply for 30 minutes despite I came in to access 1 hour later of their check in time.

I didn't use it, but it has a good kitchen, the hostel's location is good, we were able to do everything on foot, and the cleanliness is good for the number of people staying there. There was a guy washing his clothes and leaving them out to dry in the bathroom. One night (late), someone insisted on going into my girls' dorm for some minutes and couldn't, I leave the room a few minutes later, that same guy was alone having dinner. I got a little scared; he was just hanging around the hostel during the day doing nothing. I hope it was another girl who got the wrong room. The bedrooms could have larger closets for personal items.

Good mattress Bad air in the rooms and in the common area The code to the front door did not work Not so many facilities in the kitchen. Very bad pans and no spoons, toaster. Non clean oven. People were not cleaning after themselves so I think the policy should be more clear.

I usually try to focus on positive experiences, especially when a property has potential, but unfortunately my exprience here fell short. There are a number of issues with this hostel. Firstly, I discovered that there is only one cleaning lady doing everything. This suggests there may be understaffing for the size of the hostel. I've worked in the hospitality industry before, and this reflects poor management at this hostel. One thing I've learned is that you need at least two people when you are doing multiple house duties. Typically, one person starts in the common areas, while another starts in the dorms, and then everything is thoroughly checked and polished afterwards. By the way, there wasn't enough toilet paper provided, especially in the women’s washrooms. Secondly, there weren't enough rubbish bins, not even in the coworking space. Thirdly, there should be no-smoking signs posted around the coworking area because some guests smoke on the balcony instead of going downstairs and the smoke still enters the room and the doors don't shut tightly. Fourthly, let’s talk about the bugs that a lot of people are complaining about. They still seem to be present, and I saw one for myself, which made me uncomfortable enough to stay in the common area for the rest of my final night. Bed bugs are a health concern if proactive isn't taken. Proper staffing and proactive management are important to maintain standards in a hostel.
