We loved how clean and spatious our room was. The king size bed was very comfortable with 4 poofy pillows. There was lots of storage for our luggage/bags/clothes. Nice bathroom were great storage for our toiletries and the towels were large and of great quality! We also liked having water and other drinks in the fridge for our use. Location is close to all main attractions and restaurants. The hotel host gave us a map of Madrid outlining great areas to visit within walking distance. Upon arrival, during check-in, We did not like that the host asked us to leave a tip for the hotel. We were tired from travelling from Malaga on train and metro and then we’re asked to tip them? I’ve never experienced that at a hotel before.

Room 301: Swanky, modern, clean, and comfortable, with attractive lighting and no rugs. Room 301: There was a missing glass panel in the shower beneath and adjacent to the sink counter, which allowed water to leak onto the floor. Some of the water from the hand shower head would run down the side of the hose, wasting water. Shower water was not always hot. Some of the corner sealant in the shower was dislodged. Bathroom soap dispenser was attached to the wall very far from the sink. Squeaky floor in one spot near the desk. Strange mechanical noise from outside the room occasionally. The water source for the toilet was often stuck on a constant trickle despite a flush being completed.

Great location, and very nice hotel that exceeded our expectations. Our departing flight was late evening and the staff kindly offered us to store our luggage till we were ready to go nothing to complain about ;-)

You could not ask for a better location in Madrid in this hotel. Especially if this is the first time in Madrid. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice. He’s traveling with my son so we had to get a room with two twin beds. Other rooms look really sharp. They had a rooftop area. They really need a bar up there.

The hotel has a great location. We got two rooms next to each other in a sort of a private suite where there was an additional door that separated both rooms from the hallway. The bathrooms have those glass enclosures which do not provide adequate privacy. From designer point they might look great but from the utility and practicality points of view they are an utter disaster. Honestly, the designer who chose them is not competent (and I am extremely polite in that representation). The value of the hotel is overpriced. It is good, but not to the point for which the rooms are offered, given the room size. The breakfast was also on the disappointing side - the variety was rather limited and it is not worth 20 Euro per person.
