It is well located in central Madrid; even so, the hotel is in a very quiet street. The room was clean and well provided with fresh towels. Breakfast was good and ample.

Room is small, but clean, the building is well an old bulding If you need space to move or have some disability is a little unconfortable, don´t get me wrong, they make and effort to provide you everything is just and european infraestructure thing.

Confortable room. The noise in the hotel late at night. Although this was caused by other guests, I think they should reinforce everyone about silent hours.

Cleaning might be improved, Bathroom had mold spots. Mini bar full with items, there was no room for our foods or items. No microwave in the rooms but staff help with using microwave in cafeteria. Better place microwave areas in the building.

The location was pretty good. It was silence, so I could take some rest at night. We got a bigger room and the person in the reception was super nice and very helpful. the room was very clean, and we had daily housekeeping service. All good!

Good location close to restaurants with short walks to museums and tourist attractions. Bathroom didn’t have a dedicated shower. Designed for a disabled person, the shower was a curtained section in the middle of the bathroom causing the floor to get wet everywhere. Room cooling didn’t work well

The location is great...right off of Gran Via. The room was clean and the shower was hot. The room was extremely small and the beds were not very comfortable.

The staff were very helpful. They were very accommodating. We did not eat breakfast there. The overall location was fine as it was by the Gran Via, but the street was not accessible by a vehicle, and we had to take our suitcases uphill. Could be a problem for someone with mobility issues. The room was tight as we booked a triple.
