The hotel is located so close to walkable attractions, restaurants and shopping. The interior rooms, I booked 3, we were assigned were very small and nothing like the pictures I saw when booking. To me the room price didn’t match the level of room I was expecting.

Breakfast overpriced but ambience was worth it! Service was great but food was just ok. Size of room small for the price! Understand Madrid is a more expensive city for accommodations. Lived being across the street from the park and within walking distance to Prado.

The location of the hotel is good The hotel does not match its 5-star rating. The price is too high for what is offered — the walls and wallpaper are worn, the room is very dark and poorly lit, and there is nowhere to sit at the reception while waiting. Overall, the experience was disappointing and we would not recommend it at this price point.
