The candy bar in the reception was such a pleasant and unique surprise. There was a lot of noise coming from outside that kept me up all night.

Brilliant location in the heart of Madrid. Rooms were spacious and clean and it was good value for money. also very quiet in comparison to location being on the road which was great. Think it was going through a referb but didn't disturb us.

The building is nice and so is the location. Staff were friendly. They were doing construction on the room above mine starting at 8am. Drilling hammering. Completely ridiculous. Throughout the day - so impossible to siesta. Could also hear club music throughout the night. Had I been travelling for work i would have refused to pay.

Fantastic location Staff were super helpful, especially the concierge who helped me with my luggage Rooms were big and light Shower was lovely Only thing I could add is that I would’ve liked a robe and slippers!
