Great location for exploring the city center, walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions. Clean rooms, friendly and professional service and the rooftop bar is really nice. Also had very good breakfast. The room we were in, although reasonably big, offers very little space for storing clothes

Amazing location on Gran Via. As soon as you walk in you can smell the Mint aroma in line with the hotel branding. Lots of nice touches such as flavoured water and sweets at the lobby. Great staff & competitive pricing too. The only slight downside was the room air conditioning only went to 19 degrees, I’d prefer it to be able to be set lower for those who want even cooler temperatures in this current heatwave.

Wonderful hotel, excellent location near and walkable to ‘must-see’ locations. The hotel has gorgeous refreshing decor. Staff were extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and my onward travel. I’ll be back; thank you Vincci.
