Great location Toilets and showers had broken and were constantly unclean. The atmosphere was full of unclean people who had no regard for others.

Location right on Gran Via is great for shopping. Pillows and towels were nice. Showers were decent. Booked for four nights, left after one and forfeited the money. Check in was slow and I wasnt given wifi or any info on breakfast etc. Got to my room about 4pm and was woken up by house keeping at 5:30 saying they needed to change my bedding and towels but there was fresh ones when I arrived so was a bit confusing. If you get a top bunk you need a good black out sleep mask and ear plugs as there is no cover for the top bunks and the lights in the rooms are very bright. Roommates unfortunately took calls all night, the light was turned on about 3 times an hour overnight and overall just not great shared space etiquette. Every time I came back to the room the door hadn't been shut properly so anyone could open it without needing a key card, which didn't feel very safe. We were by the bathrooms and people used this open space as a common area to work, take calls, socialize etc so very loud. One or more toilets was blocked at all times in the womens bathrooms.
