Amazing staff, one of the friendliest people on my trip to Madrid Location was comfortable and a walking distance to a lot of interesting attractions and restaurants a bit further to other places but good none the less I loved the vibe of the room, very clean and comfortable The view from our window was the inner walls of the hotel building, not really a complaint but that was the case, other than that I can’t find anything negative to say about the place

The location was great, and the quality of the rooms was excellent. Without doubt, the hotel staff provided the best experience. Moises was a fantastic host, made our stay an absolute pleasure, and could not have been more helpful. Nothing. A very enjoyable stay.

Smart hotel, friendly staff, good sized room The TV didn't work because the cable was faulty. I got a mild shock from a lamp because that cable was faulty too. They definitely need to have their electrics checked out. You can't adjust the aircon so the room was really hot at night but nice & cool in the morning.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Madrid The location of this hotel is unbeatable, without a doubt its highlight. Being just one block away from Gran Vía and within walking distance to all the major art museums made exploring the city so easy. Aside from the ideal location, the hotel is super comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing missing in this hotel is a designated work area in the lobby with good Wi-Fi. I was offered the breakfast room, but the Wi-Fi signal there was very weak and almost impossible to browse. On the bright side, the Wi-Fi in the room worked perfectly.

A wonderful gem of a hotel. The location is central to Gran Via and Chueca. When we arrived at the hotel, Ezekiel at the front desk greeted us and made us feel very welcome. He offered friendly assistance and advice during our stay. A real pleasure. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
