All good! The staff was helpful and professional although they could have been a little more friendly and welcoming. However the two ladies working at breakfast were excellent very friendly attentive and welcoming.

Great location. Spacious room. Nice roof top pool area. Double glazed windows to cut out the street noise. Very noisy corridors . Pool closing at 7pm when sun doesn’t set until after 9. More shade needed around pool. Yes there are umbrellas but poorly positioned so don’t do much

Our room was a great size, the bathroom was also big. The staff at the front counter were always welcoming and friendly. The hotel had a very small pool which was nice to have a dip in the late afternoon. The pool staff are not so welcoming or helpful. It was disappointing that people would leave towels or stuff on lounges and disappear for a while and the staff didn't police that which is not great considering it's a very small area and not many lounges.
