Great location, exceptional staff right through the hotel. Old school luxury with total class . Loved this hotel but what made it so special was the exceptional staff, every Touchpoint the staff couldn’t do enough for you and tried to make sure every interaction felt personalised. You were a treasured guest. We upgraded to the 28 sq meter room and had a great view . Rooms are beautifully appointed and bed super comfortable. The room had a sofa and a good desk to work from. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were exceptional.we were served by Sergio and he couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing

It is very well located classy boutique hotel with excellent staff. We got there a little early and couldn’t check in but were given free coffee and water while we waited. All the staff we interacted with (concierge, doormen, restaurant staff, reception) were all very friendly, welcoming, professional and efficient. Fully recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a more special hotel than the large chains. Nothing

The overall experience was great. The front desk was super helpful, willing to help us with whatever needed. The room was cleaned several times a day and we loved it. The location is amazing and central. The gym wasn’t great, but that was only it.

Breakfast and dinner were both really good and seems to have decent value for money. The rooms were small but comfortable. And staff was friendly and accomodating. Service could have been a little quicker because there are very few servers spread across the bar and restaurant. But they were good once attending to you.

This exceptionally well-appointed boutique hotel is situated in a central location, is impeccably clean, beautiful and has an exemplary staff that goes out of their way to provide wonderful first-class service. We will be returning in three days for the second part of our vacation. Will definitely book again some time in the future! Thank you! Could not think of anything because all was excellent!
