Upgrade and customer service Had to change rooms because of a broken door lock which took a while.

Excellent attitude from friendly staff. Great location and proximity to metro station. It would have been nice to have a table or shelves to put our things on, especially when applying make up.

Location is very good. It is clean and does the job. But it's not an outstanding place and the room is very simple. Isolation can be better. It doesn't feel very safe in general for a single woman, no security for elevator.
