Location was great. Close to many shops and restaurants. Staff were really nice. Room was big and confortable. There were no dark curtains to keep away the sun light.

It is comfortable. Great breaklfast The room needs a lamp near the table.

Location. We can’t do earlier checkin.

Location to Movistar Arena, staff was great and helpful, rooms were simple and everything we needed for one night's stay in Madrid. Clean, simple.

staff coffee in lobby clean unstable wifi dinner wasnt available every night quite noisy ac wasnt cooling enough preferred a single bed instead of two beds joined together. would have been great if I had an early checkin

For tourists the morning coffee and the bf are important. The very fact that both are only for cost makes it not on top of my liking list.

Well mannered staff, fast check-in/out, accessible area full of stores, the room is clean, comfy bed. You can hear voices of the other rooms, no fridge in the room, the phone was not working so I had to go to the lobby to ask for slippers, I've stayed in hotels in the center with the same price.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Madrid. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything I needed and making me feel very welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the attentive service and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Madrid. Highly recommended!

Location Noisy Loudly housekeepers talking and moving furniture at 7 am on Sunday. Elevators door bang 24/7 Even they reception knew about they try to blame me because I didn’t ask for changing the room(…)

Clean , good restaurants very close by , helpful staff, near metro so 15 minutes from city centre ( Sol). Breakfasts were hit or miss - never got a satisfactory coffee / machine coffee was rubbish and barista not much better . You must start your day with a great coffee !!! Fresh fruit at breakfast was limited . No fridge in room . Choice of a bath would have been special .

I was upgraded to a double room upon check-in, which was ver spacious and full of light. The room smelled nice and was very clean. It was relatively close to the shops and restaurants in Salamanca and very well connected to public transport. Breakfast was expensive so I chose to have it at a coffee shop one block away for a third of the price.

Good location, great for spending a couple of days in Madrid

Everything. Bed not comfortable. Bathroom shower leaking. Sink not working.
