The room was nice, big enough, it seem to be clean, the breakfast was ok. The staff was nice. The pool was too small, we got lost when looking for our room, the staff didn't offer to help us with the luggage. The electricity went off in the middle of the night and they didn't warn me about it, not before and not even when I was doing the check in. As a side note, if your plan is to visit the center of Madrid, this is not a good option, because its far away.
