Location. No restaurants. Except a expensive one

The hotel room was large and clean, the bed comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant next door had delicious and affordable food.

It is difficult to get a hotel close enough to the Madrid hotel, however, this was only a 15 minute Uber/taxi. We enjoyed the rooms, pretty decent size and it was pretty quiet on the night we stayed, which was a Saturday night. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. They also accommodated our 2 year old with an extra bed and have a lift in the hotel. There is really not a great place to eat around the hotel, they have a cafe on site but it was closed in the evening. You are right off the highway, so some noise, but they have done a good job cancelling out in the rooms.

Small cozy hotel. The breakfast wasn't included but you've got options on the hotel itself or the bars nearby. The room are big and comfortable. Really good value for money. Close to the mall "Plenilunio" with plenty options for restaurants and shops. It's not the most centric hotel in the world but we were a good connected hotel in Madrid to go to Torrejón for a festival. This location provided use a great commute to Torrejón but if you're looking for a Madrid city center experiences this is not the hotel for you.

Good location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Cafeteria waitress was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and hardworking. But she was alone, maybe the hotel needs to hire another person.
