Nice hotel, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. My room was on the ground floor and there was an occasional smell of smoke which i imagine was from the air conditioning drawing in air from an area where people smoked.

We had to change rooms twice during our stay, but the staff were very efficient in organizing both moves and upgraded us the second time! All the rooms we stayed in were clean, comfortable and convenient. The location is in a quieter area of Madrid but with good bus and metro links, which for us was perfect.

Essential things were available, staff were helpful and cheerful, close to Madrid stadium Restaurant food choices was very limited excluding breakfast buffet which was acceptable
