I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. What stood out the most was their genuine commitment to improving and making every guest’s experience even better. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and are constantly striving to provide excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. N/A

Excellent location, several supermarkets, small but good shops, lots of pharmacies, close to the metro and bus stops. Everything Was OK

nicely located by subway lines, clean and quiet rooms, pleasant/helpful staff at check in and during the stay, AC was a huge plus communication prior to stay could be improved- clear answers with full information to avoid multiple exchanges

We had a few minor issues in our bathroom: Shower drain was slow, soap dispenser latch didn't work, toilet paper ran out.

Clean room and comfortable

Clean, ample, AC. Close to Bernabeu. Only thing was that we almost couldn't check in because we didn't have passport for my grandson. He is a minor. Maybe the rule is that strict. But I thought it was too much. I guess I know know we need passport for every one on the check in.

Great place great service

Very clean and quiet, the staff always nice and helpful. Nice commercial area, shops, restaurants and bars. Lots of options for public transport. We didn’t like the toilet paper dispensary, the paper will come out torn most of the time. The toiletries were basic, just a foam dispenser by the sink, and a shower gel in the shower.

We were family of 4 in 1 room . Big room we did not feel crammed The bathroom door did not have a lock.

The front desk was helpful I didn't like that booking. Com site that booked me twice. I paid once online while completing the reservation, and they resent another one asking me to check in now, and I paid but didn't know they doubled booked me. I should have called and ensured they didn't doubled book but trusted them. So, lesson learned.
