Property right in the heart. Just 2 mins walk from Mayor square. Hustle & bustle, but quiet enough not to hear when in your room. Large shower unit with proper power shower. Daily cleaning. Mini fridge. Nothing to dislike. I would be picky if I was to mention anything.

The location was superb!!! In the heart and center of Madrid. The staff were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good too.

The location was perfect to get to so many places just walking. Plus a wonderful breakfast is included. Nothing, we loved everything.

Rooms were super small - petite to the core but well equipped, the hotel is a small place but they try to keep it in top shape, the staff is excellent and very helpful, buffet breakfast was quite nice. Room size, air-conditioning was weak - took hours to cool down on very hot days

Its location facilitates convenient walking adventures to some of Madrid’s many neighborhoods and attractions. It is very close to Plaza Mayor. The shower was weirdly configurable. Too many options (in room 310) none of them recognizable to me.

Great property in a great location. Staff were brilliant and the breakfast was fantastic. Located near to metro and rail line. Walking distance to all the beautiful building in Madrid. We glad we stayed here. Nothing
