The hotel has a very center location, you can walk lots of turistic points and come back to take a rest and go on. The breakfast is very good , you can find healthy options with a good quality. I had booked around two mouths before our stay and the only thing not good for my stay there is hotel made around €100 reducion for new reservations let say 10 days left the day. I wish not booked up to close date.

Location, new deco, large shower, little balcony, comfortable bed, vintage elevator. Pillows are too soft. Coffee at breakfast was weak.

Very nice and helpful staff. The location is fantastic, you can walk to main attractions without needing public transportation, however the metro station is just few steps away. It is located in the heart of Madrid downtown so you have everything nearby. The room was tidy and clean, and the bathroom is spacious for a single room and clean.

Nice location in the city center, near the Sol station, with cafes and a big supermarket nearby. Fridge in the room to store some meals. Nice breakfast. All good, no complaints.

Everything!! We were very tired when we arrived from Australia and it was a very hot day! We easily settled in, found out where the places we wanted to go to were and enjoyed our 48 hours!! We walked miles, ate delicious food and slept extremely well Location, renovations, breakfast and friendly, helpful staff

Everything! Right in the middle of the city shopping centre but tucked away in a small quiet street. No noise from the busy streets. The breakfast is excellent. The room is a little small but otherwise very comfortable. Nice and clean bathroom, A television, mini fridge with a hot water kettle on top. Beautiful classic marble staircase with a lift in the middle. Very nice and friendly staff!
