Design and location were great. Staff were nice. Had to ask for cold Water and wait to get it, since there was in room only water in room temperature . During a heat wave, it was hard.

La ubicación, el restaurante y el estilo arquitectónico El edificio es muy bonito pero necesita una puesta al día para recuperar todo su potencial, en algunos aspectos ha quedado obsoleto.

The foot cream at turndown was the most thoughtful and perfect detail I’ve had in a hotel.

The location was perfect its in the middle between gran via and Serrano 12 minutes walk for both Staff were nice and helpful The hotel little bit old beed for renovation and has a smell i can’t explain it’s from the woods or carpets or cleaning stuff but it’s annoying Also most of rooms has inner view so you can’t keep your curtains open but the staff upgrade my room to junior suite to solve this problem

What a beautiful hotel in an upmarket suburb of Madrid, but a short walk to the main areas. We only stayed one night and sad that we did not have a longer stay. The hotel is beautiful and "olde world" but in the most tasteful way. Cava is offered on arrival and the reception staff and porter were all outstanding! Our room was beautiful, we were in a suite, lovely touches, exquisite antiques! I will definitely be back when next in Madrid! Thank you for a lovely stay. The only feedback, is that we mentioned to the reception staff that we were thinking of taking a taxi to the airport, and debated whether an Uber was better, however nothing was confirmed. The next morning we ordered an Uber to the airport, only to find that a taxi had already been booked for us. We felt bad for the taxi driver as we had to take the Uber or get charged for the trip. I think the best solution to this would be for them to confirm the taxi and pick up time. Probably was a misunderstanding between us and them, and they were just being super efficient and helpful. Absolutely no complaints against them. NOTHING, ALL AMAZING!!
