Almost everything. The staff, the room, the location. The restaurant at night, my dish was just sad, expensive, way too little and the waiter "forgot" to apply the guest discount even after asking our room number.

Very good location, easy access to metro and bus stations. Cpmfortable room, helpful receptionists, who answered to all our questions regarding the location of various destinations. Exceptional breakfast. I liked everything.
