Great Breakfast - i really appreciated real orange Juice (not a orange drink which often happens), real bacon (not a compressed mass of meat and fat that seems to be standard in today's hotels) and general selection of meals to pick. Best breakfast I had at in hotel. Great gummy jellies in main hall Location Comfy Bed Kind Service Large Terrace Door in my room (608) were damaged - entire wing, which resulted in fact it was impossible to close them while temperatures outside were around 38*C . Id' expect such damage to be fixed before offering them room to clients. It results in poor acoustic and thermal insulation. A/C set to max fan and max cooling was very gentle. Instead of 18*C it was reaching to around 28*C . After Submitting this to reception it got a better a bit but it was still far from performance of AC that i have at home (which is rather a budget product). First night was very bad to sleep. There was no toilet brush in bathroom. It seems it was detached from the wall and never installed again. In opposite to breakfast - "picnic" package to go was very poor. Orange drink with sugar and colorants (not a juice), dry bread with slice of ham as a sandwich, yogurt (without any spoon) and a muffin (which was OK in compare to other products). While breakfast was truly 10/10 , picnic was 2/10 - just for the fact it was provided.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My wife and I loved this hotel. We will definitely be back when we visit MAD again I wish the television had English speaking channels on it. That’s my only complaint but it’s not the hotel’s fault

Modern & clean hotel. Well located. Close to different metro lines, shops, nightlife and sightseeing. Rooms was spacious and balcony was nice (no real view) . Considering I was in Madrid during a major event the price was reasonable.
