I stayed here for one night. The hostel is clean, but unfortunately I found it quite uncomfortable for a longer stay One of the main problems is the lack of privacy. The beds don’t have curtains, so when you are sleeping, there is no way to have any privacy from the other guests. I also asked if I could have an upper bed, but I was given a lower bed instead. It was also quite noisy during my stay, and there was no air conditioning, which made the experience less comfortable. For me, it’s okay if you need somewhere to stay for one night, especially because the place is clean, but I wouldn’t recommend it for several nights.

Very central clean dorm rooms. Clean bathrooms The staff so helpful, patient and easy going. I spent many days there because its a safe hostel. Want enoigh shower gel sometimes. The common room could be expanded . All that space in the back is a total waste. Could put in 2 more sofas. Micrwave needs to cleaned more. The prices can get very high sometimes. But its madrid !

Location HORRIBLE, there was no air conditioning mid July at 42 degrees it felt like an oven. Staff said it’s been like that for months

The water was not working so it was impossible to go to the toilet and take any shower They knew it from the afternoon and they didn’t send any communication to allow people to book another place and they didn’t provide any solution and any refund

I did not like that there was no running water during my stay. It was not possible to take a shower or use the toilet. Even to brush my teeth and wash my face I had to buy bottled water. I understand that this was an unexpected issue but unfortunately it was not resolved at any point during my stay. I also understand that the problem had already been ongoing for several hours before I even arrived to check in. Despite this, the lack of water had a significant impact on my overall experience.
