The staff at as friendly. The room was very clean and included pretty much everything I needed including towels, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, razor for shaving, hair dryer, etc. Madrid is pretty safe, but the hotel is in a safer area while being in walking distance to most places you’ll want to see. The room also has a mini bar and tv. Couldn’t ask for much more tbh The staff at as friendly. Room was clean The bathroom was extended enough, practical and easy to move comfortabilitely. Well located (in the center of Madrid) Good luminosity Nice decoration and colors Pleasant smell in the corridor. The entrance of my room was a bit narrow. There was not a good view from the window but I appreciated the luminosity.

Breakfast was pretty good, Rooms were not bad, bathroom was nice and the water pressure was great in the shower! Coffee was not good and the washed cups had a lot Of coffee residue on them.. not washed well. The most annoying thing was how the front doors in the room would shake any time anyone walked by or opened or closed their door. Every single time it sounded like someone was trying to get into our room! It was so uncomfortable and inconvenient. And made you feel not safe at all!

Everything was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring Madrid. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Madrid.
