Vitium Urban Suites

It was too hot in the room to comfortably sleep. I didn't want to open the window due to noise I turned on the air conditioning but the cool air wasn't reaching the area where the beds were.

Prime location to stores, restaurants, and close to the main train station (30 mins to Madrid airport). The room was kept clean and the room kept out the noice from the busy street. The water leaked from the shower onto the floor. The breakfast was not a buffet as other European restaurants (food was limited but still good).

The property boasts a central location, offering convenient pedestrian access to all of Madrid's attractions. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, with Daniel, in particular, ensuring a consistently welcoming experience throughout our stay.

Unsafe hotel, theft inside the room and zero responsibility Review: I had an extremely bad and stressful experience at Vitium Urban Suites. A Louis Vuitton bag was stolen from inside my room (Room 401). I personally saw the person who took it, and it was another guest, not hotel staff. The hotel confirmed that the key security camera covering the room access was not working, which is a serious security failure. What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s attitude. When I reported the theft, the front desk employee refused to help, said his shift was over, showed no concern at all, and simply told me to go to the police. I had to handle everything myself and file a police report. For a hotel, especially in a central tourist area, this level of poor security, lack of accountability, and total absence of guest support is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values safety or basic customer care. The bathroom had a glass door! Not good for a family with kids.

Super central position at affordable price. Receptionist was very helpful when my key card wasn't working Reception is closed between 11pm-8am. On my last day of stay I had an issue with my key card that wasn't working anymore... I was super lucky that receptionist was just about to leave the premise (2 minutes later and he would have gone). This would have mean me having to find alternative accommodation for the night, and miss my 8am flight. When this happened I was asked why I wasn't carrying the 3 key cards that I was given (yes I was given 3!) but it didn't clock to me when they gave them to me that this was the reason... As for the comfort of the rooms, they are really basic - it's the type of place where you want to just get back to sleep (and spend the rest of the day outdoor)

Great location and opposite the theatre! Friendly staff Well it rather difficult to find as it’s located on the 5th floor of what looks like an office block and no signage. On our third attempt of driving around the Gran Villa we found a parking garage and just parked. We called the hotel and they said look for number 61 on the side of the building. We eventually found it. The lift up to the 5th floor was just big enough for my partner and I with our carry on size luggage with no room to spare. As for the bedroom, it was rather small. And the bathroom cubicle is only 1.5m wide and 2 m long for a shower, toilet, and basin.

On booking say breakfast is 5.57 euro/person.. in real.life is 9 euro/ person and not so good for that price. Rooms kind of small

For the price we paid we expected a better breakfast (fixed choices not very abundant, no buffet, one cup of coffee no repeats), a bigger room, a wider bed (single very narrow bed) with a thicker mattress, a nicer bathroom (tiny with a sliding frosted glass door). The hotel was creepy, occupying 2 floors in an old dark building.

Really good location and place, the room was big enough for me and my mom and the lobby people was really good Maybe a the price, but just to say something because everything was fine, maybe a cheaper price would be great

Bathrooms need and upgrade, especially the furniture.

Stylish and modern room, big hot tub inside the room, good central AC. Hot tub had an insect crawling inside, we had to fill it and discard the water to make sure there were no other bugs in the piping. When we told the receptionist, he simply stated he had talked with cleaning people and they said the tub was cleaned. Nothing else.

Towels are exchanged every two days. No USB outlets on wall to accommodate travelers.
