Breakfast had everything a buffet breakfast could have! Eggs and bacon cooked to order in front of you! Free tea and coffee machine all day and free snacks in the evening. Staff very friendly and welcoming and answered any question I had about our stay or visit to Madrid. Nothing to possibly complain about.

What a fabulous find! Perfectly located near airport and near a petrol station for the car rental , the accommodation was very comfortable, rooms large, and generous facilities (gym, free drinks and snacks). The staff were very welcoming. Also parking available on site for 16 euros Nothing

Great stay overall in spacious and clean room. Location isn't connected well with the city centre. There is lack of restaurants nearby.

Het hotel ligt niet in het toeristische centrum, wat betekent dat je hier geweldig tot rust kunt komen na een lange dag buiten. De stilte is weldadig. Bus 21 stopt voor de deur en het metrostation ligt op 12 minuten loopafstand door een hele veilige buurt, je zit zo waar je wilt zijn. Je kunt met je bankpas de bus in en door de metropoortjes. In onze ervaring zijn alle medewerkers van dit hotel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waar je hen ook tegenkomt. De kamer heeft arico en is net als de badkamer lekker ruim, en schoon. Een van de fijne kanten aan dit hotel zijn de geboden extra's, waardoor je 's avonds niet opnieuw de straat op hoeft voor een fles water of een snack. Men biedt beneden namelijk onbeperkt water en allerlei soorten frisdranken, bier, wijn, koffie, thee, nootjes, en uiteenlopende verse salades en broodjes gratis aan. Beetje in tapas stijl, heel smakelijk. Je kunt zelf uitzoeken en nemen waar je nog trek in hebt. Dit maakte voor ons een heel groot positief verschil, en na een dag wandelen door de kokendhete stad in augustus voelde het echt als thuiskomen, en konden we beneden lekker nog gezellig nazitten met een koud drankje en een hapje. Ook voor zakelijke reizigers lijkt mij dit een prima hotelkeuze!

Had a fantastic stay at ARTIEM. I was attending a concert at the Metropolitano so the location was fab for that and the airport but a bit more of a journey into the city. This was fine with me as the buses were regular and only 10 minute walk to the nearest metro anyway. They had a snack bar that had food and drinks available at no extra cost overnight which was great when you got home late or if you land late and don't want to go out exploring for food. Room was amazing, very comfy bed and very quiet. Staff were so helpful and I would definitely stay again! My only thing is that the shower head (not the fountain one) didn't stay in the holder and it slipped and soaked the place but this was not the end of the world!
