Exceptional by all means! It made our stay in Madrid worthy. The staff are amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional! We had an incident and asked if we could keep our car in the parking lot for an additional 2 days and they instantly approved, it was a problem solving situation. Also the pool is really nice and the breakfast is very rich. The rooms are clean and the cleaning service is available all day! Very much recommend

Smiling and helpfull stuff + ckean facilities + ease of parking (underground parking) + good experience overall with families The hotel is at the edge of the ZBE (low emission zone in madrid), i would love to have the info in the description of the hotel.

Ideal location, staff are very nice . Only ate there for breakfast but very nice. Had to be moved rooms on the first night due to a smell in the room. Pool is small and very busy. Seriously overcrowded.

The location was perfect because it enabled us to be in a residential area and catch the local vibe a bit better than in other tourist areas. Breakfast was always very crowded. However, there was a female host who was absolutely a marvelous person. Always welcome us with a smile. The pool was very small and always crowded.

The staff - everyone so helpful and always smiling Found pool to be too small. As went in August school holiday period kids enjoyed splashing - didn’t get chance for land swimming. For price I paid expected better
