Great value for money. We had to do a detour on our trip and visited Madrid on our tour of Spain instead of going straight to Barcelona which was the plan. We booked this accommodation which exceeded our expectations because it was a last minute book. I would suggest this stay to anyone who is willing to take a 20 minute metro commute to get to the center of Madrid and doesn't want to break the bank. We had a great stay

It was really clean and simple The lack of kitchen or fridge, limiting the kind of food we could have since we couldn't cook or keep them fresh

The room was smelling something fishy like it was never open before and the glass door inside could not be open for fresh air. The air conditioning inside was strong and could not be controlled which made me sick and hurt my throat. I had to take medication to feel better.

Rooms are not even sound proof even just a bit.. i can hear all the visitors though we are all inside of the room.. shower head in WC1 is broken.. ive got injured because of that.. bathroom lock in WC2 is broken.. floor cover is broken, me and my fiancé got tripped because of it. everyday there is a cleaning lady but the maintenance of the facilities are terrible.. they even change the passcode right away though we still got 30mins before check out time(11:am) what if iam alone and goes to the toilet before leaving and my stuff is still inside?! Be considerate

Very noisy. You hear everything.

Clean and quiet. The floors are uneven in the hall, the flooring in 14 was loose. I want to talk to a person, not use an app on my phone.

The bathroom was dirty at the evening

Nothing was good, it was a terrible place. There were no windows, and the room number wasn’t indicated anywhere. It was impossible to sleep at night because the air was awful. In other rooms people smoked, and the cigarette smell came into my room through the ventilation. For 65 euros you can rent a much better room elsewhere. Even if they offered it for free, I would never stay here again. A real nightmare – the photos and the reality are completely different. Two ruined days in Madrid.

I think it looks very good, but the floor needs improvement. They put wrap on the floor to make it look nice, but it was installed very poorly… inside the room there are cuts in the wrap where you can see the previous floor.

Didn't actually stay. After I booked a room with a private bathroom my room was changed to one with a shared bathroom and they ignored multiple requests to cancel. Ended up booking a much more communicative host last minute.
