Location is excellent! Right next to the metro station and many restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast was good and staff were overall nice. It was clean and well lit, and air conditioned throughout. Also, it’s an inclusive hotel which is absolutely excellent Some ceilings on the floor and in the room looked like mold or unpainted water leakage. The sofa bed was horrible. We left clothes to be washed it took them 3 days until we called and they realized it was ready and had to go down to pick it up, quite pricey laundry as well. We spent 6 nights there, paid full price in advance, and yet they still felt it important to charge us €10 for being an hour late for check out, that has never happened to me.

We had a superior room and it was lovely, very large with a sitting area and a separate bedroom area. AC worked well, and beds were large and comfortable. Hotel is on a fairly quiet road so no noise problems. Nice breakfast (if a bit pricey). Very near a Metro station so easy access to sights of Madrid (and we walked into central area in 45 minutes). Friendly staff who were always helpful.

Great location. Friendly English speaking staff. When I had problems with AC they changed my room quickly. The noise isolation between the rooms could be better. Some walls of rooms are old and new cleaning or repainting
