Location was good and the place was tidy. The online check in is too complex. There was noice from every guest entering or leaving the apartment (thin walls). The many damage charges included in the contract seem unnecessary.

I receivedany emails. To know how to enter the property for first time was not intuitive (I was lucky that a person leaving explainede how to do it, otherwise, I would have not able to enter the property).

Te check in process The room couldn’t sleep too much noise outside..rooms ventilation was not good and dont like the center wall going to the bed
-
The bed is comfortable enough and the room is clean, but there is almost no sound insulation so you can hear everything in the corridors and neighbouring rooms.

They were excellent at corresponding with me during the power outage in Spain. This didn't affect my stay at all. The code to enter the building and room through the email was strange but the guidance made it easy. The noise from the corridor made it difficult to sleep. I would say it is a good idea to take some ear plugs or headphones to sleep as the noise from others entering rooms or bathrooms penetrates into the room quite clearly. Also there were guests in room 12 having a party and singing very loudly through the night.

Close to lopez de hoyos street Very difficult quto checkin, we spent 2h to get it and be able to access the room. Then during blackout on monday. Room door was forced and our clothes put everywhere in the room. We checked out earlier and left the room letting a message to the chat robot but no answer. Impossible to talk to anyone. Only chat and messages received by whatsapp with no answer possible. They are charging us more than 360euro for the broken door as they get credit card as guarantee. So really bad experience in this AUTO hotel. I really do not recomend it at all. Better to sleep in shared flat or bnb.

It's extremely loud! I could heart my neighborhoods and their voices through the walls. When someone was in a bathroom, I heard their all activities.

The room was very clean, including sheets and towels. Our main issue was that we felt that the room temperature was too warm. We understand that it was winter and it is cold outside, but we would have liked a way to turn down a little bit the temperature of the room. Also, we felt that there was not much air flow inside the room, so it felt a bit suffocating sometimes.
