B&B Hotel Madrid Centro Plaza Mayor

Very central location! Bed was comfy, shower was hot and AC was cold! There was a crossaint at my door every morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me reserve a taxi back to the airport.

The property is ideally located, just a 2-minute walk from the city center, with great restaurants and markets nearby. Our room was spacious and bright, with plenty of windows overlooking a small plaza. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the reception staff were very helpful, especially Gabriella. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el hotel. La habitación era cómoda y todo estuvo muy bien. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la Plaza Mayor, la Puerta del Sol y de muchas atracciones, restaurantes y tiendas. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Creo que el punto más fuerte es la locación. Está justo a pasos de la plaza mayor y a unas cuadras solamente de La Puerta del Sol donde confluyen todos los trenes. El hotel es acogedor, las personas de la recepción muy amables siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Lo más hermoso fue que mi habitación tenía balcón en un 5to piso y desde ahí podía ver la plaza y la vista muy bella. Creo que aunque la habitación es pequeña sí se podría poner un closet aunque sea pequeño, al menos unas gavetas donde acomodar la ropa porque solo hay unos percheros y pocos y me costó acomodar mi ropa y eso que no llevé mucha.

Excellent location right at Plaza Mayor Atocha entrance. Walking distance to many sights, museums, restaurants, and shops. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are very helpful. Nothing.

Room was nice. Lots of room for a couple. Lovely terrace. They hung a bag with pastries on the door each morning. Both days, cleaning staff didn't refresh coffee pods or remove dirty coffee cups. It was like the didn't see it at all. We had to go to front desk to get some for the next day.

Confortable beds. Good free coffee and snacks. Great location close to many attractions. Very “bare bones” and limited facilities for the price. The access to the Coffee Bar has too many stairs.

Location was great and it was very comfortable It was a bit of a maze inside but great signage helps you find your room.

Location is phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious I have no complaints

It is in the city’s center which allows to visit major attractions walking. Room was clean and had all amenities we required. Bed was comfortable. Takes some time to be able to get the appropriate water temperature when bathing. Facility has an elevator but in order to access it, several stairs have to be climbed, only an issue when carrying heavy luggage. Both issues are rather minor compared to the location benefits.

Excellent location, and service. The rooms are very nice and common areas very welcoming. Have coffee and snacks available 24hrs . The staff is fantastic. Well as it is an older building , that was adapted to be a hotel , have you go through many stairs . But they are wide and comfortable.

Good option to be close to the center.
