The bed was not comfy, the room is ok for 1 person, too tight for 2. The rest was all great

Good location few steps away from Callao station. Always clean. Can leave luggage after check out. staffs are always there in the lobby. No available teaspoon how to stir my instant coffee ?Bed is moving.

I only stayed for a night and the room surprised me!! Also I loved the location!

Beds were comfy. We had a balcony which was wonderful. Ursula at the front desk was very nice and always asked us about our day and if we needed anything. Wish there were coffee pods in the room!

Clean rooms, bathrooms top notch, plenty of shelves , excellent location close to Gran vie, very friendly and helpful staff, stored luggage before and after checked in and out. Definitely will use it again if we travel to Madrid

Very close to main attractions, walkable distances to them, air conditioning ?, for how loud the street is - the room was quiet, nice lighting in the bathroom, small fridge, elevator upstairs, chocolates on arrival If you need more space to shower or are expecting a bigger room, this place may not work for you - for us it was great.

Great front desk service—staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel’s prime location near the vibrant Callao Plaza placed us right in the heart of Madrid, with top attractions and public transportation just steps away. Despite the lively surroundings, our room was surprisingly quiet and restful. The building felt newly renovated, and everything was very clean, from the common areas to our well-kept room. One potential improvement would be adding a dedicated suitcase rack or luggage stand—it would’ve made unpacking and settling in even smoother.

The location. Staff was friendly. Rooms were a little small. Nothing special.

This is a little jewel right in Madrid’s heart. I enjoyed the staff: Gloria, Alma, Patricia, Kevin and Enrico who always have a smile to share and were experienced in providing information. The room was nicely prepared before my arrival with complementary selection of beverages. I really felt everyone cared for me to have the best experience in Madrid. There is nothing I didn’t like.
