Excellent location on the Grand Via. The room was perfect, and the AC was more than cool enough. The pool is small, but more than enough for a relaxing stay. Overall, I’d rate this hotel 10/10 and would definitely book again! The corridors between the rooms are not carpeted, which can cause some noise and disturb guests when people walk through the hallways.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Modern bathrooms. The bed is big and comfortable. The reception staff is kind and very helpful. We had an issue with the noise the first morning as our room was next to the cleaning ladies service room. I complained to the reception and they immediately apologized and offered to change the room with more quiet. Friendly and efficient - exceptional customer service. Everything is good except for the level of noise by the cleaning staff. Compared to French and German hotels, there is a space for improvement in Spain. Otherwise, they work very well. The rooms are spotless clean.

- The sink from the bathroom is located in the room where you sleep, in front of your bed - no bar during the night - small swimming pool (always full because they have only 10 sunbeds) - swimming pool is useless as you can not get in - room - swimming pool -
