The system to check in is quite laborious and the staff is not helpful at all. We waited hours to get the right code to get in.

The shower was super tiny

The location is convenient to go around the city Very poor experience: the shower had dripping problems, the bathroom wasn’t perfectly clean, there was not even a bottle of water in the room, rooms badly isolated, both the main door on the street and the one on the floor have issues and we have found them open multiple times. Totally not worth the money, I would expect this experience in a hostel not in a 150€ per night hotel without a physical reception.

It was clean. Arrived after 11pm and the front door/gate doesn't latch so its open to the street while you wait for the elevator. There are multiple hostel companies operating in this same building. The door to this company was ajar even this late at night. I left my luggage then went back down to grab food delivery. The front door to the company was shut and my code flashed green but the door wouldn't budge. No one answered my WhatsApp but luckily another guest came back and let me in. Figured out later that you need to hold the door closed hard for the latch to unlock. The room was fine but the walls so thin that I literally felt the neighbor lean against it!!! The area is sketchy- lots of graffiti but 4 blocks away it gets nicer.

Very clean. They let us drop our bags off early in the day which was nice The water never got hot! It was was not even warm or room temperature. A freezing shower at the end of a long day was not pleasant. The contract must be used for different properties because it was very confusing if you had to enter the hostel before 11pm and possibly pay 40€ in fees for late check in after 10pm? There was no front desk so we were just hoping our code to get it would work and luckily it did

Clean good community Just not reception

Felt like a speakeasy hotel as it was in a building that was filled with other apartments or businesses. The location was great and the room had lots of storage even though the room was small.

I really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean and well maintained. The only problem was the instructions bring unclear and the room code which made me uncomfortable. I arrived at 1am because my flight got delayed and trying to understand the check in instructions wasn't easy at all. The order of the instructions was off which made me unsure I'm at the right place. Also, the fact that the code for my room was the same code for the place made me uncomfortable, because I rely like if my room has the same code as the entrance it's probably true for all of the rooms, which means every other guest can come into my room at any time...

The location was excellent, the linen was clean, the room was styled nicely and the window was big and made the room light and airy. The room was a little small. A minor thing and perhaps an oversight, but no glasses whatsoever. No coat hangers in the wardrobe.

Everything was fine. Clean, comfortable, close to plaza de Espana. Nothing

the bed was very comfortable The room is small but normally one does only stay there for sleeping.

there can a coffee facility in the kitchen. there was no spoon -_- the room had a smell, I do not know why. the room was not sound-proof. I could literally hear what the people were talking about. The gate down can be fully locked if you arrive late (after 11 pm) to the apartment.

We immediately complained about the sound of sanitary in neighbouring room and were asked to prove it. they did respond immediately, but with no resolution or compensation. As soon as people in the adjoining room took something from water (shower, hand-wash, toilet), a deafening noise came through the walls. At that time, it was not possible to make a phone call or have a normal conversation or to sleep.

Great central location Mixed messages regarding check in / out times and access codes

Lovely. Not close to the center of town- it was perfect for who I was there to visit, but travelers should know that it takes several metro stops to get to the center.
