The size of the room is good enough for one person and the location is pretty good, close to lots of bars and restaurants The room does not have acoustic isolation and all noise related to opening and closing near doors is annoying. also, you can hear all the noise from the street. The drapes did not cover all the windows, so the room gets too much light from outside

Just the location, nothing else. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I stayed for three nights and barely got any sleep. The lack of soundproofing was unbelievable — we could hear every sound from neighboring rooms as well as the constant traffic noise from the street outside. The room was unbearably hot, and the central air conditioning was almost useless, operating at the lowest setting with no way to adjust it. To make matters worse, the window only opened slightly, so we couldn’t get any fresh air in to cool the room down. I found myself waking up multiple times each night just to take a cold shower and try to feel somewhat refreshed. Overall, this stay was extremely uncomfortable and far from restful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful or pleasant stay in Madrid.

Stupid system about auto check in! I had the extreme bad luck to stay on the room no. 1 That is the only one between the two principal doors. The visitors that arrived after me had the same problem with me getting a message on WhatsApp with a link to open the doors (2 principals, room) so I had to do the receptionist (as the hotel is “fully automated”) and help them call the main offices (very bad altitude on the phone) for enter. Until I help each one of them they was just out of my door talking while I wanted to sleep.

The location is perfect, right next to Plaza de España and on of the entrances to one of the central metro lines is right in front. The bed is too small—1.90 or less, at least. I did not fit, and I'm 1.90 tall. There is too much noise. I heard a lot of sound from the hallway and other rooms, and yes, that is what I mean. Also, it didn't feel clean.

Location Room 1 is located just of the entrance, on the right between the front door and another door segregated from the rest of the accommodation and toilets. It was noisy and scary.

Nice stay! In the centre, easily accessable to places on foot.

Exactly as advertised. Minimalist & functional. Just a few mns walk from Gran Via. Room, showers & toilets were very clean. Bed was comfy. Would recommend for a few nights. Everything from checking-in to opening doors is done through your phone. I’m not sure how reactive they are if you lose it, if it gets stolen or if you run out of battery during your stay and get back late at night as there’s no staff on site.

Praticidade No air conditioning

Very good location, relatively good price. Perhaps too few shared bathrooms, the walls very far too thin so it became a bit uncomfortable with people going to the bathroom or speaking / playing music, etc. in their rooms.
