The location Room too small for 2 persons, AC facing the bed, got sick because of that

The decor, the great bar, fantastic position, brilliant staff who were welcoming & helpful. Music on Thurs night was a bonus. The Standard Room was VERY small so we had to upgrade for an extra €90 per night. Don't go STANDARD it's just not worth it.

Room was very small, only about 8 inches between the end of the bed and wall, so movement in the room was very restricted. On the second day, the room was not made up until 6pm. Always imminent but waiting, waiting.

On the Gran Via, the Boutique Hotel H10 Villa de la Reina, is centrally located and in a beautiful area of Madrid. It's so easy to get around from this location. The room was very nice. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family when they go to Madrid. I was in two different rooms and in the second one the bed was so huge for the length of the room that it was difficult to get between the wall and the bed if you wanted to get to the bathroom. It was very inconvenient.
