Location, friendly staff My room had a step down from the bathroom area to the bedroom area that represented a tripping hazard especially at night when lights were off.

Awesome Hotel, you can’t find better location than this, Casino is on the next door for the players, Large rooms with comfy bed, well decorated, very helpful and professional staff, … what else!!! Gym is small with limited equipment but enough for 45 minutes fitness workout.

The staff is amazing honestly, they are all so nice and accommodating even through we drove them crazy. Everyone was so nice. The location is not the greatest. It’s very loud outside at night and you can hear everything in your room.

Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful there are no facilities at this hotel, there is supposed to be a restaurant but it’s just a meeting room they serve food in. It is extremely expensive and zero amenities unless you want to gamble in the casino next door We had the opportunity to visit the Melia Castila hotel in Madrid -so much better, it has bar’s restaurants a beauty salon and pool -and it’s cheaper than the Circulo Gran Via The photo is the view from our room for the six nights we stayed, (even though we requested to move) -definitely wouldn’t stay here again
