Great Location. Beautiful modern rooms. The hardest bed I ever slept on. This was my only complaint. Uncomfortable bed. They need to offer Netflix and Youtube on their TVs

The location, room, and breakfast... all went well. The 8th floor help desk was GREAT with mobile phone help and printing the airline departure tickets. Bathroom plumbing facility had no problems. Safe was kinda awkward being too close to the floor (hard to get down there for a 78 year old). Everything was excellent.

The location was the best. Almost everything was a walking distance from the hotel. The view from the room looked over Madrid’s skyline, which was beautiful. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, food and view wise. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing that I could think about is that the location is not super visible/accessible for taxi/Uber drivers.

Could not get English on TV. Hotel staff tried but was unable to get English language for American produced shows.

This property was exceptional! The staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were wonderful, the location cannot be beat, and the rooftop bar was always busy. We walked everywhere for restaurants and shopping and even our Segway tour. We were accidentally here during a festival, but everything was great. We were greeted with champagne, and our room was ready early. I thought it was overpriced when I booked, but for the location (and I guess the festival), it was fine. Highly recommend!
