Nothing important.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Good communication. Room has hair dryer, hot water kettle, refrigerator & coffee/tea. Good water pressure. Elevator. Rooms cleaned every day. It would be nice to send an outside door picture when you send the message saying the room is ready so the door/entry would be easier to find. It would also be nice to have wall hooks in the room to hang things.

The location was excellent, just steps away from La gran Vía. Near you have different restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacies, and also a minimarket and Gran Vía Metro Station. The room was well equiped comfy bed, private bathroom inside the room and was super clean. There is a lift for accessing the property. I don't think of anything I didn't like.

Everything clean, new (completely renewed) very comfortable Location. During week days it was fine, during weekends the street was full of prostitutes and people drinking

Being in the center, I really liked the place. The only thing I was disappointed with was the hotel entrance because of the service they offered on the street. But I understand that there is little the hotel can do about this issue.

Location For the price the room was like a closet very small. Bathroom small. Ladies of the night outside the door.little loud as we were on the street side but 8 had a sound machine so it was okay

The street and the room were a bit noisy at night but sometimes that is the price you pay for a good location.

Very good

Perfect place in the heart of Madrid. Close to Renfe and Metro. Cheap Bolt or Uber. Friendly staff. Fantastic restaurant on the corner. It was no possibility to use Air condition and temperature in January was no perfect for us. Air condition was in reservation and it should be possible to use to give additonal heat. I think for others it is no problem.

Rachael and other lady they were great! I like to stay again just for their smile face.

The location was excellent, it's very close to Gran Via boulevard and metro station and also to Puerto del sol square. There are a lot of 24 hour open markets around. The room was small but clean and comfortable and also it was cleaned and tidied up every day. They have changed the towels when I needed. I strongly recommend this hostel for Madrid trips The room was small, if you have large luggage, there may not be enough space. The hairdryer is small size standard hotel type, so it's not good enough but works.

very cramped room for 2 people

Everything was great, very friendly employees and excellent location for travelers. The only thing that maybe was unfortunate and never happens is that the noise coming from the floor above my room was quite loud even after late at night. Is not a good location if you want to rest as Gran Vía is nearby.
