The reception was open 24 hours. The location was very close to the airport, enabling us to get to the airport easily for our early flight. There was no bar soap in our room, but the room was clean.

The town of Barajas is quite reasonable for stay when near the airport and the hotel is within walking distance of terminal 2 Check in was ridiculous. We were told by a very grumpy old woman that we had no room, that they were denying any Booking.com reservations and that our prepaid reservation made no matter. Only when another very nice person finally showed up was everything worked out that we could check into our prepaid reservation. Meanwhile the hotel is nothing near the three stars they suggest. I cannot recommend this place

Great place to stay close to the airport. You can even walk to the airport in about 15 minutes if you wish (about the same amount of time to take the metro if you are going to T1,2 or 3. The staff were very helpful.

It was good all around. It'd be nice to get a cheapest rate. I did not need a private bathroom.

Walking distance to the metro. Very easy to get to the airport. Very clean and in a safe, walkable neighborhood.

No remote control for the TV, staff at night did not even said HELLO !! They also did not allow me to stay "working" with my notebook for 2hs in the breackfast zone

Excellent location a short walk from the Barajas Metro station. Friendly staff. Quiet and comfortable. It was my second stay. No real complaints other than a lack of early morning coffee.

Excellent location. Easy access with either Bus 827 or the metro. Safe neighborhood with restaurants and grocery. The bus stops right in front and is $1.50 euro payable with card or cash. Very clean. Rooms are small, so be aware if you have large luggage you might consider upgrading your room. Lots of hot water and breakfast is available at an affordable price. Overall a very good option for a transit stay. There is an elevator available. nothing

The location and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was quite good for the price. The room (and the shower) were quite small. The bathroom was cold. We have stayed in Barajas several times and the price at Hostal Avenida Barajas is high for what is offered.
