Location right next to Gran Via, which was very handy for touristy stuff. Getting to and from the airport was a bit more problematic, as it required a few metro changes. The room was decent with comfortable beds, well functioning aircon and even a little balcony.

I really dont know how the receptionist got her job. It looked like it was her first day on earth. It literally took 20 minutes to find our booking, like it was rocket science. Spoke ZERO english. The room is super tiny,

The location, half block from Gran Via. They keep your luggage after check out The room was too small for 2 people and not enough outlets to plug you phone, ipad etc.

The bed was hard and we were just given with a long pillow for a couple and was very thin.

Greatest location The entire motel reeked of cigarette smoke, which completely ruined my stay. My room's windows faced a small internal courtyard, and the smell seemed to come also from other rooms nearby, drifting in through the windows. Because of this, I couldn’t open them to air out the room, which made the experience even worse.
