There was only hot water in the shower for the first two days and afterwards there was no hot water

The location was great. The house was big and clean. The host was very attentive and could be reached at any time.

Everything was great! The location is really central, close to the tourist attractions. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. Staff were really helpful, welcoming and kind. We wished we could stay longer.

Beds were uncomfortable - felt like mattresses at a kids' camp. Walls were very thin and lots of street noise, so had to wear earplugs.

Excellent location, almost no noise, good level of comport Kitchen is equipped so so, for longer stays it can be a problem At times unpleasant smell comes from bathroom, which comes probably from ventilation

The location Property under construction, a lot of noise from construction worker, common areas were desorganized like they were used for storage. The entrance of lobby had a lot of items and boxes used for construction. First night, no hot water, and did not tell us on check in. We learned about when try to take a bath in this cold weather

Hostel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great apartment in an excellent location for exploring Madrid city centre. We could relax in our room between trips into busy, beautiful Madrid. Being on the first floor, there was some city noises to deal with but not something that would prevent me from staying there again in this historic, vibrant city.
