- location is just wonderful - it was quiet in my room, no noise from other rooms, no from outside could be heard (but I had a room with inner courtyard window) - breakfast room is small for the size of hotel and amount of food served. It's loud when crowded because everyone is close to each other and the "footcourt" is packed so when you pur a juice another person can't take a salad etc.

Excellent service we are very grateful. We were glad that I managed to book our tickets for the late show for dinner and Flamenco. An amazing experience passion and on fire it was fantastic. Our buffet breakfast was perfect. Thank you all for everything. Nothing

The room given to us was super amazing!!! Clean, with view in GranVia …shower room extra comfortable and double bed as we requested since we are newweds! The shops are just across the street -plus breakfast was the most tasty we tried in Madrid…and we travelled several times as to be able to compare! Location and price are very beatable for the amenities offered! This is our Madrid hotel now on-nothing negative to comment -Honestly!

La ubicación es perfecta… buen acceso al transporte público. Nuestra habitación suite jr. estaba de buen tamaño y buena vista hacia la Gran Vía. Es un hotel sobrevalorado… sus instalaciones son un poco viejas. El desayuno no siempre estaban frescos los productos. Los jugos y bebidas como café… todo es de una máquina (no tienen buen sabor, calidad muy baja) En la habitación encontramos una cucaracha pequeña. Se escucha el ruido de la calle… dado que la habitación tiene vista externa.
