Perfect spot for a very short stay, very central, super easy for going everywhere, night life and dont bother with taxi or public transportation The bathroom is totally unconfortable, shared in two mini different space.

The room wasn't the same as the picture was on the booking site and I had booked. I told them about it and they said that the room you booked is not available. They showed me another room but that room also was so hot and the air conditioner was broken

I m a regular client. I always come to the same hotel because of the staff and the location. The hotel is amazing, clean and the staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Awful place, awful stuff. Place is smelly, dirty, dark and very loud. The tube started to make noises after use. Photos are old.

The location is perfect with easy access to metro, Gran Via and city center, and near by are lots of cafes & restaurants. The staff are friendly. The boy at the check in time, even remembered my name, and next day he called me by my name. It was so heartwarming ? I arrived soon, & the room was not available but they had luggage storage. The hostel is on 2nd floor, but the is a small elevator. The room was clean, the bathroom was small but also clean. You can hear the noise from other rooms but i was not a problem for me. The plugins. The was one plugin available next to the bed, which was used for the lamp. The other one was in the bathroom. So it was hard to charge electronic stuffs in short time. Lighting of the room can be improved too, since it has only one window opening to the courtyard and the window is also half-closed by a wooden fence.
